In recognition of the Library as a core element in the academic programs of the University and as a resource for scholars from around the world, the mission of Library Human Resources is to recruit and support a diverse and highly qualified staff of professional librarians, technical experts, managers, and support staff. In the current academic library environment of rapidly changing technology and shifting priorities, Library Human Resources is dedicated to building a continuous learning institution based on the ideals of accountability at all levels, civility, innovation, collaboration, and service.
