Funds and Ledgers in Voyager

New ledgers have been created for use in the 2006 fiscal year. All orders and invoices must be attached to funds in the new ledgers as described below. Fiscal year 05 ledgers are visible but no longer available for production work. Selectors should look in the FY06 ledgers to find current information on their fund use.
